May I return the hired car in a different office than the one where collected?

You must have at least 21 years old, a valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year old, and a credit card under driver’s name, Debit card are not welcome.
Can I pick up the car at any time?
At the airport, you can pick up your rental car from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00h to 22:00h. Outside those hours (22:00h 07:00h) a 18.00€ supplement will apply. For others offices the standard opening hours are as follows: 09:00h to 12:00h and 17:00h to 20:00h.
If my flight arrives with delay, how I collect the car?
Whenever you provide us with your flight number and arrival time to Menorca, we will be waiting for you with your car. If the delivery is done outside open hours an extra charge of 18.00€ will be applied.
May I return the hired car in a different office than the one where collected?
Yes you can do it, but the rental cost will be increased if the hired period is less than six days.
It is possible to take the hired car out of Menorca?
NO. It’s not possible to take the car out off the island under any circumstances
What happens if the car suffers any brake down?
You have a phone number for road assistance; Full instructions are provided with your hire vehicle, telling you what you need to do in the event of a problem occurring with your car.
Do you guarantee a particular model of vehicle?
The vehicles shown on our website are typical of the most common vehicles that we supply. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific model, only the group of vehicle selected or similar.

Customer always pays for fuel. Depending on the type of the car and the rental period different fuel policies may be apply. Please read our rental terms and conditions.
Who many people can drive the hired car?
The hired car can only be driven by people who appear on the rental contract. You can include up to tree possible drivers.
When I receive my booking confirmation?
After the booking has been sent to us, we will send you the confirmation (that means 24 or 48 hr later). If not, please check your not wanted email folder, usually they remain there. If you have any problem please contact our reservation department.
