Not Included exclusions

• Tow-away service due to client’s negligence
• Lost, damage or broken keys and costs involved.
• Inadequate refuelling
• Wind screen and glass damage.
• Traffic fines.
• Damaged to rims and tires, flat tires.
• Underneath of the vehicle and costs involved.
• Cabriolet's soft top.

Insurance does not cover accidents or damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol and/or another drugs.

Car Hire Menorca Rental Conditions

• Drivers must be over 21 years and must hold a valid driving license with one year minimum experience, depending on the car model. For special groups the minimum required age is 25 years and 4 year experience.
• Cost involved due client’s negligence must be paid in the moment.
• Vehicles can not be taken out of the island.
• Deliveries and pick ups only in our offices, during open time (09.00h-12.00 and 17.00h-20.00h). Airport 07.00h-22.00h
• Cancellations and amendment free of charges.

Fuel Policy

• Fuel used during the rental is not included in the price.
• For 6 or more day’s rentals, car will be delivered with a full tank and obligatory must be returned empty. The cost for the fuel is charged upon delivery. This amount depends on the model and engine type. Just as an example the approximated amount to be charge will be 55.00€ to 75.00€. Please note that there will be no refunds for unused fuel.
• For less than 5 days rentals, cars must be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected.

Payment

• Credit card will be required to cover responsibilities
• Payment mandatory with credit card.
• Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Available extra service

• Out of hour deliveries only at Airport Office, between 22.00h-07.00h 25.00€ extra charge will be applied.
• Ciutadella and Mahón Port Terminal deliveries are available 30.00€ extra charge will be applied, (mobile phone required).
• * Baby and Boosters seats: 3.50€ per day maximum 40.00€ per rental.
• Extra driver: 2.50€ per day maximum 25.00€ per car.
• One Way (return the car in a different point): 40.00€, for 5 days rental period or less (free for 6 or more days).
• Hotel deliveries are available under request, 25.00€ extra charge will be applied.
• Optional insurance to cover only wheels & tyres (SRC): 25.00€ per rental.
• Optional full coverage insurance to cover; keys, inadequate refuelling, wind screen damage or damaged caused to rims and tires 58.00€ per rental. Under no circunstances damage caused to underneath of the bodywork vehicle and costs involved are included.

We can only secure the delivery of the confirmed car group, not a specific model or engine or fuel type.

* Setting up the child seat its use is responsibility of the customer, the supplier of the vehicle and seat take over no guarantee for the installation. In some stations snow chains are available on request. The use of all these accessories is responsibility of the customer. Please check while booking.
